So, the triumphant captain and his crew are bound for Luna. This is what I posted a few months ago about the trip between Luna and Riolda. Since it's only been a few days, the navigation will be the same:

According to Kent's navigational skills, it will take 9 days to get there at a medium speed (burning 20 fuel points per day):

12 days at a slow pace x 10 fuel per day = 120 fuel points.
9 days at a medium pace x 20 fuel per day = 180 fuel points.
6 days at a fast pace x 40 fuel per day = 240 fuel points.

Unfortunately, the Yellow Roykan only has 150 points of fuel (according to the materials page on the web site). At the current time, there are no planets or major stations in between Ceres and Earth. (Though, this changes with the orbits of the planets.)

Unless you can come up with a plan, you're stuck at a slow pace to conserve fuel. (12 days isn't a terribly long time for a trip like this. Cargo freighters sometimes go even more slowly.) Since you'll be on the ship for 12 days, please post your plans for this trip.

There's also a chance that you'll encounter other ships along the way, so it's possible this will be cut short. However, since you haven't managed to make any arch-enemies yet, people aren't out to shoot you down. Yet.

However, you now have arch-enemies. That's one thing that's changed. :)

The MT1 has a similar fuel tank, and against all odds, it's full.

"Well, slow going, boys. We'd better keep an eye out for pirates. Undoubtedly, they'll be chasing after us. If we're lucky, our headstart'll help, but we need to be prepared." Mike checks to see if there's anything that needs to be done with the ship (minor repair, etc).

"Churchie, keep working with what you can on the ship. Nothing permanent, just to get us to Tycho in one piece."

Nope. No action means a slow and long trip. Much preferred to the fast and short trip equaling to a possible encounter that could get us all killed.

OOC: I don't mean to make the trip boring, but the events of the next few days were completely random.

IC: The MT1 and Yellow Roykan encounter no hostile traffic on the voyage to Luna. The engine of the MT1 purrs. You can sense the jealousy in Churchill's voice after you describe it.

Churchill reports that his food is getting low, but if they ration, they'll make it to Luna. Coop is recovering just fine. He sounds ready to work. Brok is getting sick of being on a spaceship for so long these last few weeks, and he's very vocal about it.

The ships sense other cargo ships coming straight at them as they near Luna, but they are obviously merchant ships. Soon, the traffic becomes relatively dense; it seems that you've arrived along with a large number of other ships. This happens from time to time, so Kent is not alarmed.

If Mike or Churchill asks for landing clearance, the port will ask them to wait for about an hour. Welcome back to a Class-A spaceport.

Will you wait an hour to land or take other action?

What's another hour. With all this ship traffic, its understandable. They're in no rush at the moment.

Eventually, the controller brings the MT1 and the Roykan in to Tycho port, the largest spaceport on Luna. Kent lands the MT1 very well. However, Churchill further damages the hull of the Roykan on touchdown. I'll describe the damage later if you decide to look.

What is immediately noticable on touchdown is that the Lunar police are waiting at both bays in large numbers. The radio crackles to life and says, "To the captains of the Mineral Trade 1 and Yellow Roykan. You are completely outmatched and will be dealt with appropriately. Don't try to escape. Step out of the ship at once."

OOC: No, you didn't contact Les Ralon.

How exactly would you like to contact Ralon? I ask this because (as Pete surely knows) the police will almost definitely be tapping into or jamming your communications. You notice that no transmissions are coming from Churchill.

At the wave of his hand, 4 of the Lunarian police officers come up behind him and wait patiently.

Mike waves his empty hands to show he has no weapons on him and his holsters are empty. He makes his way down the gangplank. "We were contracted to a Les Ralon to get the ship back. He claims to have lost it to some pirates and didn't want to tell no one about it. So, we did as we were told." He folds his arms over his chest. "Now, we pardon the damage on the ships as there was a little resistance on the way out of the pirate's base. We'll fix it and take it out of our payment. Only fair and all." He thumbs behind him. "If you don't believe me, check the logs. There are captain's logs and sensor logs showing where those pirates are."

"Hello, officers," Sneaky Pete says. "As you'll see, me and the ape here are unarmed. We hold no ill-intentions toward your squad."
Pete speaks to the Lunarian: "The guys name was Les Ralon. L-E-S R-A-L-O-N. You'll see from logs from the Yellow Yoykan that we've been in contact for a while now with him."
Once Michael finishes his explaination, he adds: "The Yellow Roykan was the ship that took us out to the belt. Fine crew aboard her. You can trust those fellas."

The Lunar Police hold the three of you there for a few minutes. The commander seems to be communicating with someone by radio. After a few minutes, Churchill, Brok, and Coop are lead into this bay. All six of you are standing together near the bottom of the gangplank. Churchill waves, but the others wait silently for instructions from the police commander.

The commander introduces himself. "The name is Joel Slag," he says. He holds up his hand and says, "I already know your names. Your stories checked out and it seems that your names are clear. I can't hold you any longer."

Joel has a slightly-raspy voice. He looks like he's tired, and his uniform is unbuttoned at the neck. His age and conduct convey the fact that he's not a rookie.

He hands his clipboard to one of the other officers near him. The other three begin to disassemble the police force arrayed around the rocket ship.

Joel continues, "This isn't the first ship that the Ralons have reported missing. Less than a month ago we did the same thing to another crew. They reported it stolen and never informed us that they sent a crew to retrieve it." He points at Kent. "That's dangerous for you. We wouldn't have been so nice if your stories didn't match up with these other guys," he says as he waves toward Churchill and the others.

Joel begins to walk toward an SATAV. "Sorry about the delay. We'll take up the matter of the false report with the Ralons." He stops and says, "I'd stay clear of them if I were you."
